Airbus will perform maintenance on July 2 from 12:00 to 14:30 UTC. During this period PNEO, PHR, SPOT collections, for archive and tasking, will not be available for ordering and delivery.

Orders placed prior to the start of the maintenance window will continue tasking as scheduled, while orders submitted during the maintenance window will be queued and processed once the maintenance is complete.

Airbus is currently experiencing a service disruption on Pléiades Neo ordering (Archive and Tasking).

Airbus will perform maintenance on 26 May from 12:30 to 16:30 UTC. During this period, Pléiades Neo tasking and catalog orders (submission, delivery, and tracking) will be unavailable.

Vantor has scheduled maintenance downtime on May 19, 2026. This will temporarily affect all new tasking orders for legacy sensors (GE01, WV01, WV02, and WV03).

Orders placed prior to the start of the maintenance window will continue tasking as expected. New orders submitted during the maintenance window will still be accepted but will remain queued until the maintenance period is completed.

The maintenance window is scheduled from 13:00 UTC to 19:00 UTC.
